The Guardian has a report on the aftermath of the presidential election in DRC where the results have still not been announced. The Catholic Church in the country has urged the election commission there to release the results, says the paper.

Meanwhile, Al Jazeera says that, as of Wednesday, only 17% of results had been submitted to counting centres.
